Welcome fellow Versatile Trumpeter! We’re so glad that you found us. We are passionate about you achieving your playing dreams and helping you become the most versatile trumpeter on your block, in your school, and in your musical community.
Our first book, The Versatile Trumpeter: Duets Vol 1, published by One Two Tree publications, was released in the fall of 2019. A duet book that is geared towards taking you to new places and guiding you to success in new and exciting genres. Two years in the making, it was written by trumpeters Josh Rzepka and Roger Ingram. The book is 116 pages and includes 16 brand new duets, accompanying text, as well as play along tracks. The text discuses aspects such as: playing in different styles, mute technique, doubling with flugelhorn, as well as many more topics that you’ll encounter in the music world. The duets cover multiple styles, including swing, bebop, latin, and pop/rock.
